4 vol­un­teer par­tic­i­pants fol­low indi­vid­ual but inter­sect­ing cir­cu­lar tra­jec­to­ries in 4 5‑minute cycles accom­pa­nied by 1 drummer 

4 par­tic­i­pants walk in indi­vid­u­al­ly pre­scribed tra­jec­to­ries around the cen­tral col­umn, weav­ing around each oth­er as they revolve in dis­ar­tic­u­lat­ed con­cur­rence. Their paths are mapped on the floor in the man­­dala-dia­­gram com­posed of four over­lap­ping geome­tries. Inter­sect­ing, cir­cu­lar tra­jec­to­ries are car­ried out in con­tin­u­ous rep­e­ti­tions for short, timed inter­vals to the beat of a drum. As the sequences evolve, more nav­i­ga­tion­al chal­lenges are intro­duced, includ­ing alter­nat­ing direc­tions and indi­vid­ual spins. Walk­ers are invit­ed to enter into a med­i­ta­tive state of soli­tary move­ment along indi­vid­ual paths, yet as they repeat­ed­ly enter into inter­sec­tions with fel­low walk­ers, they are oblig­ed to intu­itive­ly adjust their rhythm to accom­mo­date, and appre­ci­ate, the pas­sage of another.
